Typo in Admin meta title

    There is a typo in wp-admin/admin-header.php

    if ( $admin_title == $title )
	$admin_title = sprintf( __( '%1$s — WordPress' ), $title );
else
	$admin_title = sprintf( __( '%1$s ‹ %2$s — WordPress' ), $title, $admin_title );

    &lsaquo should be &laquo
    it is persists from 3.x version and still in 4.0 not corrected.
