two trailing slashes creates 404 pages

HI Im having an issue with my tags that create 404 pages.

For some reason there is a second trailing slash added to my url on some of my tagged pages. However, it occurs on some of the pages but not all. Some flow to the url just fine. As you can see, the second url does not contain the second “/”.

Im pulling my hair out as two why one works and one doesn’t
