Two sites different logos

Dear Sir Madam;

Example I have ipropertyturkey and also I have alanya.co.uk.

Now these are same websites in two different domains and hosting. Example is there possible when I update one them, is it possible to update other automatically, it will use same post, different logos, different contact pages, different about us pages example?
