Two questions:
-
I would like to buy your PRO version.
Two questions:
is the plugin similar to the cedcommerce plugin?
And if there is a problem, could you solve it without getting access to my backend.
-
Dear @ole_wilkenburg,
This is Nirmal from Digital Product Labs. I hope you are doing well.

Regarding your queries:
- Could you kindly confirm the specific features you are seeking in our plugin compared to CedCommerce? If you could share the key features from CedCommerce that you are referencing, it would help us provide a more accurate and confident response.
- Regarding potential errors, our developers can usually resolve issues without requiring access to your backend. In rare situations where logs are necessary, we will guide you on how to provide them, ensuring minimal inconvenience.

Thank you for your answer!
2 is a good argument to switch to your plugin!
to 1 I have to synchronize my Woo shop with Etsy, preferably in real time, both inventory and orders.
New products have to be uploaded automatically.
My Etsy shop already exists, and I’m currently synchronizing with the CED plugin.
The fetch doesn’t work any more automatically after update, and the support doesn’t make any effort to solve it, instead they keep asking for access to my backend. But I am very stingy to let strangers into my backend!
Switching to your plugin should work as smoothly as possible.Dear @ole_wilkenburg ,
Nirmal again reaching out to you. I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for your follow-up response. Let me address them one by one:
- Yes, our plugin allows you to sync your inventory and Etsy orders based on matching SKUs. The process operates almost in real-time (a few seconds to minutes).
Note: While we can sync Etsy orders, due to recent policy changes by Etsy, their API no longer allows third-party integration plugins to access shipping and billing addresses. You can learn more about this change here. - Currently, newly added WooCommerce products do not sync automatically to Etsy. You will need to upload those products using our plugin manually.
- More importantly, if there are any specific features you have used in CedCommerce that you need in our plugin, please let us know. Understanding your requirements thoroughly is essential to ensure we’re aligned and can provide clarity on what we can offer.
Please feel free to reach out to us via our dedicated support email at “support@exportfeed.com” for quicker and more convenient support.
If you have any other queries, please let us know. We will be happy to help you!
Best Regards,
Dear @ole_wilkenburg ,
This is Nirmal again reaching out to you with a correction to my earlier response regarding the automatic upload process from WooCommerce to Etsy.
If you upload products as a WooCommerce category, any new products you add to that category in the future will automatically upload to Etsy.

If you have any other queries, please let us know. We will be happy to help you!
Best Regards,
I’m just testing the plugin.
At step 3. I’m not sure what plugin is doing!? I have an empty woocommerce shop with no added products, and an Etsy shop with approx. 50 items.
How does it sync? I’m afraid to upload empty products to Etsy and to delete the existing Etsy items. What I want is to download the items to my Woo shop first.
How to proceed?Hi @ole_wilkenburg,
I hope this message finds you well!
This is Pratik from Digital Product Labs, and I'm reaching out to clarify your concerns about the plugin.
If your goal is to import products from your Etsy store to WooCommerce, please note that the plugin requires you to manually initiate the import. It does not automatically upload products without your explicit selection.
For guidance on importing products, please refer to the following resource:
How to Import Your Etsy Products to WooCommerce
If you already have products listed on both WooCommerce and Etsy prior to installing the plugin, and if those products share unique and matching SKUs, the plugin will automatically link them and sync based on the settings you configure.
I hope this explanation helps address your concerns.
If you encounter any difficulties or would like personalized assistance with the setup, we encourage you to schedule a call with us using the link below.

Can you integrate an option to make the items on Etsy more expensive? Etsy charges high fees, I would like to make all items on Etsy e.g. 20% more expensive.Hello @ole_wilkenburg,
Thank you for reaching out!
Regarding the price increase on products, you have the option to set a 20% increase in price on Etsy while uploading the product feed from our plugin. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
- Please proceed to the “Upload Product” section where you can either create a new feed for uploading or edit one of the listings by clicking on “Upload Listings”.

- Then you will be redirected to the Upload option where you can find the text with the Product Feed Customization option below the Variation Upload type and click on it.

- There you find the “Show Feed Customization Option Selection” and click on the “Open Advanced Command option”

- Then, you can add the advanced command “rule discount(1.2, *)” for a 20% increase of price on Etsy products and click on update Setting.

This process will increase the prices of the Woocommerce products that you have uploaded to Etsy listing.

Meanwhile it is more than 2 questions 🙂
I want to switch from Etsy for WooCommerce from CedCommerce to your plugin.
Is there anything I have to care about, I’m afraid to mess up my live shop! Do I need to delete the old plugin before, or is it ok to just deactivate it for the first?
Is the price of 99$ permanent, or will it go back to the old value?-
