1. This would require customisation to a) record which pack was used to post the job and b) a conditional added to the template files to disable the apply area for free jobs.
I don’t understand question 2.
for question 2 : i have said that the employer can post different post job with different logo for the company.
exemple : employer can post 3 post job for 3 company for his account ; and this can do the employer the possibility of applying different offers with its account and I want it to be one with his company name not different society.
for question one can you help me or give a exemple i forget i use jobera as template.

I’m still not sure on 2 – do you mean you want to allow 1 user to post jobs under different company names? Thats fine because the form lets them enter the company name + logo per job.
