Two problems with Twitter button: title and SSL

Hi,

The Twitter buttons does two things that surprise me:

1) It never fetches the page title but it fetches the home URL instead.
2) It adds “:443” to the URL on SSL pages.

Example for both: https://albert-schweitzer-stiftung.de/helfen/petitionen/stoppt-das-stopfen

A fix (or info on how to fix this) would be highly appreciated!

I’m using version 4.2 of the plugin.
