two nav bars for twenty eleven theme

Hello again beautiful people!
i have a child theme and i would like to add the nav bar to the bottom while keeping the one at the top.
currently i have created the second menu but i’m unsure about how to install it.
is there a way to do it in the style sheet or do i have to go into the php files?

the very best, kel
