two home pages

I loaded a template on Monday called Simplicius from ThemeForest.com, but first it wouldnt load via the install page. so then i loaded it via ftp. I thought I was successful because the site was there. Then I noticed there were two home buttons. DRAT!!! DOUBLE DRAT!!! I cannot find how to get rid of the first home page.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. You guys are my only hope.
