Two forms in one page not working | WordPress.org

I have two easy sign up forms in the same page on the website that I am working on, one on the header another on the footer. Whenever I submit, the plugin is validating the first form and not the second one.
How do I target the specific form? Btw here is the site http://web4slim.de/ any tips would be appreciated.

Hi maisnamraju – sorry for the late reply – holiday season! Right now you can’t add 2 forms via the widget as they have the same id.

But what you can do is add the second form via the short code – this will have a different ID and will not confuse the validation javascript.

I will change the way the widget form is created the next release.
