    Hi,
I have a problem, each product has a tag which in my specific case is the location it belongs to.
I have 3 offices, Roma, Pescara and Italia, the Italia tag includes the common products between the two offices.
I need that in the filter I put on the page only Roma and Pescara are displayed, clicking on Roma but I need to see the products of the tag Roma + Italia tag and clicking on Pescara to display the products with the tag Pescara + Italia tag.
How can I do? Help me please

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well 😀

Unfortunately it’s not possible to select two filters at the same time.

It’s necessary a customization of our plugin in order to get it.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day

I think I need the same thing… in the backend (edit filter preset) I found this option: “Enable if the user can select multiple terms when filtering products”.
I select Yes but it doesn’t work: when I click on an attribute the page refreshes and I can’t select more than once.
    Is it a bug?

    Hi Betta,
In your case, you should check that the Multiselect relation option (below Allow multiple selection) is also set to OR.
This way, the results need to match at least one of the selected terms.

If you need more help, I would suggest you create a new topic so we can help you.

    Have a good day.
