Two Feature Request

first: THIS IS A BRILLIANT PLUGIN – THANK YOU!

REQUEST 1: Skip and Random working together…

Please can you make it so that the ‘random post’ filter respects the ‘number to skip’ setting.

In other words, if I have set ‘skip 1 post’ and ‘sort by random’, I would like it to display a random selection that excluded the most recent post.

This allows me to insert a block with “latest posts” a category, followed by “More posts” from that category (randomly picked) without seeing duplicates.

REQUEST 2: can you add the ability to exclude specific tags?

For example, I want to display the category of Recipes, tagged “gluten-free” but excluding those tagged “almonds”

REQUEST 3: Bigger skip posts limit (e.g. up to 999?)

I want to create archive pages for all my posts (over 300); I realise that displaying more than 100 posts on a page is excessive (for load times etc) so I am happy to have several pages, however on page 2 and 3 I will need to set the skip to 100 and 200 respectively. (Which I managed with Bill Eriksons Display Posts shortcode, but would prefer to do with Flex Posts)
