    does this also happen if you temporarily switch to the default theme Twenty Thirteen?
    and if deactivate all plugins?

    if it is ok with Twenty Thirteen, it might be a theme issue for which you need to contact the theme’s developer for support.

    if deactivating the plugins helps, re-activate one plugin at a time to locate the one that was interfering.
