TwitThis

I came across references to TwitThis, a service that provides you with a link that lets a blog reader send a note about a post to their Twitter. However, it seems that http://www.twitthis.com is either down or dead.

Does anyone have any information about the status of TwitThis? or any information about an alternative way of letting readers “tweet” about posts?
