twitter sub-heading help!

    Hi!
    I would like to use my last tweet (only one) of my twitter account as a second sub-header of my wordpress blog.

    ( I already have a static sub-header)
    I tryed the plugin “twitter sub-heading” , I installed it, but when I go to the settings in the dashbord I cannot choose nothing: it appears an html page saying “you don’t have the authorization in order to do this”. (please notiche that the folder I put in my FTP has the maximum level of authorization)

    do you have any suggestion, please?
