This is the error we are getting on our website – I’m pretty sure it is a twitter account thing and is temporary more than anything else but can some verify this?

If you have set the refresh interval to 5 minutes, this shouldn’t have happened. But if you are using the same keys on multiple sites, you could have exceeded your API call limit.
