    Hi Tom,
    it seems your theme is lacking some action calls, so the button’s javascript code fails to load. You can try to change the “Load scripts at the bottom of the body” plugin setting (uses the “wp_footer” action instead of “wp_head”).

    Thanks for the fast response! I think I have tried disabling

    Load scripts at the bottom of the body

    and currently have

    Use Html5 code instead of iFrame

    as it doesn’t work at all otherwise.

    If there is any information about fixing the template hook I can try editing that.
