Twitter Button Coding

I want to place the Twitter button I received from Twitter in the bottom right footer column, but I do not know where in the code to place it, or what code I need to add with it if any. The 3 columns in the footer are setup to have widgets. Is it easier to use a widget instead? Here is the code for the button:
