Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The Twitter task is called ai1ec_send_twitter_messages. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

Can you please send your WP admin access details to data@time.ly, I’d like to take a closer look.
It seems that you did not authorize the application. Please navigate to Events > Settings > Add-ons > Twitter > Follow this link to authorize this app to post to Twitter.
Sorry…I did authorise the app..and the screen confirmed that it was authorised. I will re-authorise, however.
Re-authorised. Created an Event. Still not tweeted. Unless the 3hr time to notification over-rides the tick box publish to Twitter?

Cron works on your site, so I do not see why the feature would not work, please send a link to your Twitter page in email.
