    Hi,

I’m using a twentythirteen-child theme, and I can’t make the plugin work. The menu doesn’t appear when I reach the 800px width (as sets in the prefs) and I don’t even can find a single reference of code of the plugin in firebug.

I’ve tested almost every menu’s class or id to hide in pref’s, but nothing changed.

What I am doing wrong ?

    Thanks for the help.

Here’s the website, and feel free to ask me what you need in order to help me :

P.S. I’m actually using an homemade solution for the responsive menu, but using the plugin would be more… optimized.

    Hi Troika,

Have you created or downloaded this child theme yourself?

Please make sure the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls are in the header.php and footer.php files respectively.

Please let me know if these are included and we will go from there.

    All the best

    Hi,

And thanks very much for the quick answer. You were right, the wp_footer() was not called properly. Now I see the script relative to responsive menu in firebug, but beyond this, it seems it still doesn’t work.

And yes, the child theme is homemade, but it’s not the first time I proceed like this, and your plugin was always the best and more optimized solution for wordpress responsive nav.

    Thanks again !

    Hi Troika,

Not a problem, glad we found the reason.

Unfortunately when I go on your site now there is a maintenance page so I can’t check the menu itself.

    All the best

    Hi,

It should be accessible right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Troika,

There seems to be something strange going on as you have all the JavaScript and CSS files included but not the HTML.

Can you confirm you don’t have the “Use Shortcode” option ticked?

Lol, that solved my problem. First it was probably the wp_footer(), then I tried to use the shortcode, and forget to deselect it.

Thank you very much, and thanks for this beautiful plugin.

Not a problem and thanks for your kind words – glad I was able to sort it out for you!
