Twentythirteen Custom Mobile Menu

    Hi, I have two mayor problems with the styling of my page http://iosapps.de/ which uses the twentythirteen WordPress theme as a basis.

    1. The Mobile menu
    I don’t want to use the original Menu from twentythirteen, but instead changed it to be displayed in the header. Unfortunately it looks horrible when you resize the page to mobile widths. Does anybody has some hints how to display the mobile menu as intended, each item underneath each other?

    2. The page appearance on mobile devices
    When you open the page on a mobile device it shows a large white stripe on the right. In cant figure our where this is coming from, due to the fact that this is not the case if you resize the page on a desktop browser.
