Twenty twelve child theme

    Hi, I have a Twenty Twelve child theme that looks right in on my PC and Mac. But when viewing it on an iPhone or an iPad the menu stacks on top of each other, the text reduces some, but not enough, and the sidebar and footer are all just squeezed together.

    I would like it reduce the size of all elements on a page when viewed an a small device.

    Any idea on how to accomplish this?
