Twenty Thirteen & JQuery

    Hello,

    I need JQuery in twentythirteen theme for a smooth scrolling effect.

    However, if JQuery is included, the Jetpack Carousell no longer works.

    If I delete this

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
    in the header.php the Carousell doesn’t work anymore.

    What version of JQuery can I take for both working.

    Correction:

    If I delete this

    in the header.php, the Carousell work again.
