How do I make my site look like http://www.olympicplumbing.co.uk/

They use twenty eleven but removed the writing from the header, added revolving image too.

That is such a broad question. They probably used a child theme. or modified the theme itself. (which inst recommended). they probably also used a bunch of plugins to add functionality.

1) Remove header / text
