    I’m trying to enlarge the current thumb on the homepage from 100×70 to say 150×115. The problem is that the enlarged thumb overlaps the adjacent title of the post. I want the thumb to enlarge and the title text to wrap around the thumb. It’s supposed to be simple, but I’m out of tries.

    The site is https://www.hotstar.news. Below the main grid is the post layout I’m talking about. The post is titled, “50 tips and insights…” Now, if I try to increase the thumb size, it overlaps the title on the right. Any ideas how to do it so the title just falls vertically.

  • all images are of 100×70 size… we can increase site using CSS but it will be stretch…!!! you need a help from web developer to solve this using codding !!!

    Also you contact form is not installed so form is not showing on contact page .1!!

    Thanks

    Sometimes, in these themes you can choose what size image to display with a shortcode. This is a News theme, which means lots of images and text in a small area.

    Basically, a website isn’t just “change the size of the image” and nothing happens to the words around it.
    If you change the size of the with CSS or HTML, you will need to look over other things like;
    text sizes, mobile version ( did I break the mobile version ), are my images looking good in all states of the website….

    Probably would only cost a modest amount to get this completed by a designer.

    @noahcryns Deep down, I had the same feeling. One cannot just increase the image size and everything else just adjusts “itself”. I think I’ll just stick with this and if I really do need something else, a designer or perhaps a different theme is what I’ll choose. Thanks man.

    @hirenpatel1612 yes it does stretch. Thanks for your input and will stick with the default setting or perhaps get a different theme. Site is still in production stage, so no forms or finals added yet.
