    Evening,

When a tutor logs in after account approval, any link they click on (eg “create course”) goes to a 404 page.

    Current setup:
    Wordpress version in use: 5.4.2–en_GB

    PHP version in use: 7.3.19

    Backend: cPanel

    Operating System: 32bit Centos

Theme in use: TwentyTwenty (without premium activation)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @daveintheuk

Go to WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and set that to Post name . .

Also, it seems you have made the Dashboard page as homepage .. You can’t do that. . You can make your courses archive page as homepage. . But making Dashboard as homepage is not recommended in Tutor LMS. . The dashboard permalinks will not work properly if that is done. .

For further investigation, please send your query at support@themeum.com. Our dedicated support engineers will help you over there. . They might need your site credentials to look for the problem. . Please make sure your Dashboard is not set as Homepage form WordPress dashboard > Settings > reading section and Permalinks is set to Post Name. .

    Thanks

    Hi

I now have an error “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”

Using WP-ADMIN Recovery Mode makes no difference.

I did raise this with support@, initially over a week ago.
