Hello,
Just login to your WordPress admin panel and hover on Plugins on the left menu. Choose Add New, and then choose Upload. Then upload the plugin that you’ve downlaoded. And when it is uplaoded, activate it. That’s it. Btw, you don’t need to download plugins and upload them. Just search for a plugin at the Add New plugin page, and install it from there, it is easier.
And to use this plugin, hover on Media on the left menu and choose Library. When you are in the library, click the list icon on the top left, near the grid icon. Then your image thumbnails will be listed, and when you hover on them, you’ll see the Regenerate Thumbnails link.

I just installed the plugin. I only want to regenerate part of my thumbnails. I so not see the options for doing this. Where is this option.
