Turn text field into hyperlink

Hi there,
I’ve set up a form using Gravity Forms, which is then populating a directory on a different page.

For the section with the breakdown of social media platforms, I’ve uploaded another plugin that has allowed me to convert the list field into a dropdown, and then I’m using the 2nd column to paste in the social media links.

What I really want is for that second column, when populating the directory, to be a hyperlink. At the moment, it’s just text.

Could you please advise me on the best way to achieve this?
