Trying to search by dropdown box

    I use participants database to have a database sorted by day of the week, and type of food from the list

    if my fields are named:

    day_week
    food_type

    how will i make a search form that a user could select day of the week and food type that they want and then it will search the database for anything that matches those 2 fields?
