Trying to restore Backup

    After installing new version of wordpress, our website went off the deep end. Tried to restore backup using UPDRAFT PLUS. All was going well until it said restore failed.

    Error message: Could not move the files into place. Check your file permissions.
    Error data: (2) C:/inetpub/wwwroot/stumo-staff/stumo-staff/wp-content/upgrade/18cc2fdd/plugins/add-multiple-users -> C:/inetpub/wwwroot/stumo-staff/stumo-staff/wp-content/plugins/add-multiple-users
    Restore failed…

    I tried to check the add multiple users that was causing it to fail.. but the restorating then deleted that feature.. in fact it deleted all plug ins

    I went to redownload the UPDRAFT PLUS plug in and it says this: Destination folder already exists. C:/inetpub/wwwroot/stumo-staff/stumo-staff/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/
    Plugin install failed… but I have no visible plugins installed in that menu.

    Please help me!
