Trying to request a refund

    I’m trying to initiate a refund, but I can’t submit a ticket as nothing shows under the Product select field. And the only contact email I can find is for Presales and I’m getting no answers.

    Heard back via the Presales email the day after posting in here, and will hopefully receive my refund soon.

    Support Ticket form still has the above issue.
