    Hello,

    We’ve been trying to reconnect our WooCommerce platform to our Facebook account after updating.

    Upon trying to reconnect, or by using the “Get Started” button in the plugin configuration, I am only presented with my personal Facebook account, and it is not acknowledged that I am an Admin of the business page, even when I try to do so using the Facebook page of the original page owner.

    Any support or pointers appreciated! I have also tried reinstalling the plugin with no luck.

    To connect your WooCommerce store to Facebook, a Business Manager account is indeed required, for more info, please refer to the documentation here.

    If you’re only presented with your Facebook personal account? Then you need to create a Business Manager account if you don’t have one yet.

    You can later associate your Facebook page with the Business Manager, along with other assets such as pixel, catalogs, etc.

    Please visit this URL to a Business Manager account, and then try to reconnect again.

    Also, you may want to provide screenshots if you run into blockers, that can really help us how to help you 🙂
