    Hello Support.

I am not using the “Auto Excerpt” feature.

I have chosen DO NOT BLOCK for both POSTS and PAGES.

I am TRYING to show the first few lines of the PAGE and then after the Register/Log-in the rest of the contents of the PAGE.

I have checked off “Block This Page” on the individual page and then I am using the [wpmem_logged_out] shortcode for the part of the content that I want to tease them with which is usually the first few lines of the PAGE.

The rest of the PAGE should still stay hidden. Only after the LOGIN/REGISTER should they be able to see the content of the whole page INCLUDING the top part which was the teaser.

Can you please help with this as using [wpmem_logged_out] is not working to get it to work as described above.

    Thanx in advance.

Using teaser content as an excerpt is exactly what the plugin is intended to do.

There is no need to use the logged out shortcode for this.

In the plugin’s main option settings select “show excerpts”. Then in the content you are blocking, use the ‘read more’ tag to create the excerpt. The content before the read more tag will be displayed and the remainder blocked automatically.
