Trying to Find a Theme that will work

I need to find a theme that will allow for the entire landing page to be one large photo and nothing else showing. Nothing will be on or over the photo except for the heading, TABs and Icons at the top without being in any kind of visible header and I must be able to place each of them where I want. No scrolling or slider on this main page. Must be very responsive and retina ready. Would be great if it includes a nice drag and drop editor.
