    I have updated trustindex reviews yesterday on my website but the reviews are not being updated. I cleaned cache but still nothing happens. What can I do about this?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
    2. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
    3. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.
