First of all – I support your idea of expanding your plugin, even though I’m one of the users who only needs the honeypot function. But its your program and you’re providing it for free – I’m ashamed of my fellow human beings who are trying to destroy it by giving it negative reviews, as if you were their personal slave and they were entitled that you work for them the exact way they want to. Having said that, you might want to check for one or two elements that may seem a bit intrusive/pushy, but it’s relatively minor and certainly doesn’t warrant the negativity.

A more serious matter for me is that the plugin doesn’t seem to be working on one of my sites. I see it as a opportunity to find out why the plugin isn’t working for some – but I’d need your recommendation on how to effectively troubleshoot, because the setup on both sites is similar, yet on one, the spam is getting through, while being blocked just fine on the other. No errors. And for what it’s worth, the spam counter on the honeypot configuration page seems to be broken.

Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Thanks – in the meantime, I’ve transitioned to akismet and cloudflare, both of which work flawlessly on all of my sites.
