troubleshooting

hello i have a critical situation. pls help i have a website: taqworld.com . i get its back up and upload the detabase and other data into boxing-supplier.com

its good both are working but when i try to go to admin its links change and goes to taqworld admin and shows error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_FUNCTION in /home/taqworld/public_html/wp-includes/rewrite.php on line 2176

firstly my first website working smooth but now same errors on both when i apply wp-admin. whats i miss? can you help me.
