Trouble with using Animation as background

I have tried a bunch of different id’s to target the animation to center it as the background but I can’t figure it out.

currently the animation is playing on http://11and3rentals.com/splash/

The animation also breaks the layout when used as default..

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
