Trouble with MaxGalleria Galleries

Hi,

We purchased the all addons for the MaxGalleria plugin and we’re having a really hard time figuring out how to get the galleries to display correctly. We would really love to get the Masonry to work, but it shows our images with large horizontal spaces in between each image – not gridlike at all. When we try the Image Carousel, it shows a thin gray box with nothing in it. The Image Tiles shows different sized spaces on the sides and below the images. Also, when we select (3) images per row, it only shows (2). We found the quick start information for each plugin, but it was more of a definition guide, rather than a step-by-step tutorial. Do you have any tutorials for how to set up these different layouts? We were excited about the functionality, but the difficulty in figuring out how to make it work with our sized images is making us rethink the tool. We’re very happy with the Media Library Folders plugin that we purchased, but if we can’t figure out how to use the gallery tool, is it possible to uninstall it and get a partial refund just for that portion ($20)?

Also, could you let us know if you find a way to have more than two lines for the titles in Media Library Folders? Our title names are really long and it’s hard to see what’s what.
