trouble with false positives

Hello,
I am excited about this product and will buy a package asap if we can make it work for my job boards. I have installed it for the first time and run a review of my users to weed out the spam. Unfortunately, a lot of my customers are on that list, and they are good, paying customers with a flagged ip.
I think I can solve my problem if we only search with banned emails not ips. Is that an option? Alternatively, if I can sort through the list of now thousands of banned users, and sort by those who have made a payment or posted a job/resume (and not just “posts”) that would make a big difference.
