When I activate this plugin, all my settings go back to default. I loose my logo, footer, font setting and so on. It is so annoying!
How do I activate this plugin without loosing my settings and the job I’ve done?

I guess you are referring to your theme settings. Which theme are you using?

Hi, Yes I’m talking about my theme settings. I’m using Jupiter (ver 4.2.1)
How can I activate your plugin without issues?

Hi
It’s not a Polylang issue but the way your Jupiter theme works.
You must set up Polylang as WPML. You will find details in this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/with-jupiter-theme
