• On all pages at the bottom, above my Instagram feed I had a logo carousel that I couldn’t replace the logos with correctly so I have now removed it and deleted the plugin but I’ve now got leftover code that I can’t find anywhere on how to remove this?

    Could someone help?

    Thank you in advance

  • Hey @missslejeune,

    You should be able to edit your home page and find that shortcode [show-logos orderby='ID' category='0' activeurl='new' style='normal' interface='hcarousel' tooltip='false' description='false' limit='0' padding='10' filter='false' ] and simply delete it.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately it is on every page and I can’t seem to find where it has been put so can’t find where to delete it from

This shortcode that doesn’t expand is located inside a <footer> element.
I’d look in the settings for the theme and/or in the Customizer.

And, honestly speaking, since the theme is a commercial one, the best way forward may be to contact the support for this theme.

Unfortunately, just hiding this thing via CSS is impossible, since that would also hide everything else in the footer.

Oh strange, this is being generated from somewhere. Unfortunately these forums don’t allow sharing login access etc.

I’d recommend in finding a local WordPress developer to look into this further for you.

Do you remember how you added that shortcode to all your pages?

It was someone else who added it there for me but I’ve been able to get in contact with them since I decided to remove it.
