Trouble Logging In

I recently upgraded my blog on my own server from a rather old edition of wordpress. Everything seems to have gone fine, except for the fact that I no longer have full admin access to my blog. I keep getting the message, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I can view my dashboard, but whenever I try to click anything else, this message appears. What should I do?
