I have now uninstalled to make things easier. When I click on install it asks me to choose a location. It pops up with homeboundgoddess.com/WordPress automatically. it seems that if I select this then that is the site my blog will be at. I looked into moving wordpress, but i don’t have some of the options it states. I will install to homeboundgoddess.com/WordPress but I don’t know what to do next. Note–in case it is not obvious, this is my firs website.
You are describing the process of installations by Fantastico (in cPanel supposedly) – while the the guide linked above and almost the whole Codex refers to manual installations via FTP.
I think I sould give up, I have no idea what that means
