Trouble finding images

I have trouble finding some images when I search by files name or parts of file names. I am trying to find some larger images to delete from the Optimole cloud. When I sync the WP media library and the Optimole library, several images that I have deleted from the WP library reappear. This leads me to the conclusion that they are still in the Optimole library, but I cannot find them.

Is there another way to manage the Optimole library? An API or other mechanism?

I saw that there was a plugin tweak that would delete images in Optimole library if they are deleted from WP media library. Is that available somewhere?
