Trouble Exporting Media to Cloudfront

Strange problem that I’ve never encountered using W3TC — We’re using Cloudfront as our CDN. The WP-Includes, theme files and custom files all exported flawlessly.

When I attempt to export the media library, the number of files initially says 790. When I start, the number instantly drops to 0 and no files are uploaded. Interestingly, similar to this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-w3-total-cache-stuck-uploading-in-amazon-cloudfront-or-s3?replies=12, I am able to successfully get the image to upload if I go into the media folder and click “Purge from CDN”.. For some reason the initial import is not working.

For what it’s worth, the media folder is on an EBS volume and uses a symbolic link to point to it from the wp-content folder. I wouldn’t think this would have anything to do with it, but may be worthwhile information.
