Trouble centering a dropdown menu

I had everything on the site running the way my client wants it, except that the nav/dropdown menu was left-aligned. I’ve tried several methods of centering it, which work, but the problem is that the sub menus that drop down extend far off to the left. If you go to the site you should be able to see it. Any ideas on fixes? Thanks
