Triple-tweet

We have our site hoopsrumors.com on WordPress multisite. We’ve been using SNAP for a week or two to send our posts automatically to @hoopsrumors on Twitter. Today, this post:

had a longer-than-usual delay and then tweeted three times. The post before it had a longer-than-usual delay as well. Why did this happen and how can we prevent it?
