Trigger Not Working

    Hello – The trigger does not work on any of my pages. I have it set up to popup a web form when a button in the footer is pushed. The button is entitled “Do not sell my personal information.” You can see it on any of my pages. It should popup whenever the button is pushed. Button “pushes” but nothing happens. The popup is not loading on the front end. I use Word Press for my website. I have tried to troubleshoot this according to your instructions with no luck. By the way, it worked for the first 24 hours and after that, nothing. Thanks.

    I viewed your site and upon checking, I see the issue that you are having. Could you please check that you did not add any targeting rules that could be causing it to not show up? Try removing them all to confirm.

    Or, if you have any caching plugin active on your site, you can try to deactivate it temporarily from your end to see if that helps as well.
