    @paulaman – Are you using custom thumbnail sizes or are you automatically resizing images on upload?

    Also, I would strongly recommend you update your WordPress core to the latest version as well as updating NextGEN Gallery to its latest release.

    Greetings!

    No – I’m not resizing at all. I use 100%. I did upgrade to the latest version of NextGen right after I posted this message, but it did not seem to change anything.

    @paulaman – The link you provided as “Wrong” appears to be loading differently than the one you noted as “Correct” … which might be pointing to a possible plugin conflict / caching issue which can make it difficult to troubleshoot.

    To understand your process … you are creating a graphic “offline” that is 725×150 and once uploaded it is being saved as 604×125. I can think of no means for NextGEN Gallery to do this unless you specifically have set automatic re-sizing under Gallery > Other Options > Image Options.

    Are there any other plugins on your site that may be manipulating images once uploaded?
