Hello,

Do you know why we see a white box surrounding the icon which should be transparent? We’ve noticed that the “attachments control” demonstrates that the images are, in fact, transparent, however it doesn’t display that way in the browser. We have Enable greyscale OFF and contrast OFF.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your response

You should change the plugin CSS a little bit.

But I’ve seen it work on one website but not another, so it’s not making sense…

As i say,
you need to change css:

put in your website this css snippet:
```
body #wp_access_helper_container button.aicon_link,
body #wp_access_helper_container button.aicon_link img {
    background: transparent !important;
}
```
